For one of our customer, we are looking for Site Acquisition Negotiators

Job summary 

·You select potential locations for GSM base stations. 
·You negotiate lease contracts for antenna positions with (public and private) site owners. 
·You negotiate with relevant authorities in order to obtain all of the required building permits. 
·You follow up on the building process, as the site owners single point of contact. 
·You report directly to the project manager.

·You have at least two years proven experience in site acquisition 
·You have a high school or university degree. 
·You are a team player with commercial feeling. 
·You are eager to make new contacts. 
·You have a sincere interest in telecommunications and technology. 
·You are flexible, persevering and goal-oriented. 
·You are fluent in French and/or Dutch. 

Consultancy
Position will be based in Belgium.
